Course Description:

This 4-hour course will cover the bills passed in the 88th legislative session, which affects most peace officers, judges, and prosecutors of the state of Texas.

The course material is a general summary of selected course cases and changes to Texas’ statutes that govern the laws enforced along with the administration of law enforcement officers and agencies as determined by the legislative session.

This Course meets Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) requirements #3188
