Welcome to the Jersey Village Police Department website. "Traffic and Pedestrian Alert for the Saturday- Clark Henry Park/Post area"

Traffic Alert and pedestrian caution for this weekend in the area of Clark Henry Park/Post Elementary. The Daisy Dash Fun Run will begin at 9:30 am this Saturday morning (3/23). There may be heavy vehicular traffic before the event in the area of the Post Elementary and the High School. There will be some road closures in the area of the High School while the run is taking place and the runners will be running a course around the High School. Please use caution while driving in the area. Immediately after the Daisy Dash the City of Jersey Village is hosting the Spring Fling in the pavilion area of Clark Henry Park which begins at 11:00am.


"Safety Camera FAQ's"

Why have we installed these cameras: These cameras were installed to act as a force multiplier by providing an additional set of eyes throughout the community. Much like the many hundreds of home security cameras, these are always on and they always read plates. We are using these cameras to relate vehicles to specific crimes in our community. This greatly enhances our ability to prosecute offenders who commit crime in our jurisdiction. What data does the camera capture? These only capture the reading of the plate itself (including temporary and paper plates) along with a series of several pictures. These are not video cameras and they don’t contain any speed measuring equipment. They are not designed or used for any traffic related issues, which is not allowed under Texas law anyway. "O'Reilly's Robbery"

The Jersey Village Police Department needs your help identifying a suspect who robbed the O'Reilly's located at 7314 Senate on March 3, 2019. Suspect is a Hispanic Male, around 5'8" to 5'10", and was wearing a gray hoodie, black shorts, black socks, and black shoes. The suspect vehicle is possibly at 2007 to 2013 Blue Chevrolet Pickup.
